New MDRAO Director of Chapter Developement - Jeffrey Phelps, THETA Chapter

MDRAO members have a new Director of Chapter Development, Jeffery Phelps of THETA Chapter. He brings 12 years experience in the MDR field, 10 years as an MDRAO Executive Board Member and a drive to improve our association`s chapters. His Co-Director of Chapter Development, (me) Candia Anderson, shares that drive.
