Hello everyone,
Along with welcoming the last quarter of our MDRAO year, I’m excited to welcome the spring season and brighter evenings...yay!
For those members who weren’t able to attend our March Sigma Chapter meeting and education session, please look to the MDRAO website for our Chapter minutes and PDF presentation on “The Importance of Drying and Inspecting Your Flexible Endoscopes” compliments of Alan Scott from PriMed Canada. This Chapter meeting was held at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital and was followed up with a very impressive tour of their newly designed MDRD.
Our next education day will be held at the London Hospital Linen Services in London, Ontario. This education session will include a facility tour followed by a Chapter meeting. Also, our Annual General MDRAO meeting will also be coming up in the month of May.
As of March 23/19, four lucky Sigma Chapter members have won all of their expenses paid to our 2019 Sept. 6th/7th/8th MDRAO Conference. I think we can officially start our countdown for this exciting event! 165 days!
Our Sigma Chapter is so grateful for all the familiar faces at our meeting, but let me tell you, it’s amazing seeing all the new faces too.
Until our next meeting and next newsletter addition, take care everyone!
