The 2021 year has been an interesting rollercoaster year for all of us. We have managed to
have a board meeting and we have embarked on some interesting projects.
First and foremost is the active planning for a face to face conference next April in Toronto. The
deal was inked with the venue before the Omicron variant was announced so fingers crossed it
will go as planned.
Our new Education platform is performing very well and we are quite pleased with the whole
flow. We are investigating the possibility of adding on an optional practicum to our service and
approaching various teaching hospitals to partner with.
As the Holiday season is upon us I would like to wish you all a Happy Holiday Season and a
very Healthy and Prosperous New Year.
Some Charities you may wish to consider at this time of year are: MMI, Mercy Ships Canada
and SPECT. These charities offer free medical services to those in need and education in
Medical Device Reprocessing in impoverished countries.
Both MMI and Mercy Ships also look for volunteers for their missions within the MDR field.
Thank you once again for allowing me the honour of being your President.
