CLFP’s Food Processing Expo 2017 will be held Feb. 8-9 in Sacramento, a week earlier than it has been held in recent years. This year’s Expo will include some exciting new features, including a Human Resources Workshop that will be held the day prior to the official Expo kickoff. A Food Processing Facility Sanitation Workshop will be held the same day. Also more seminars have been added for 2017 featuring something for every type of food processor – big and small. The Expo Kick-Off Breakfast Speaker is Gary Heil, who will inspire you to make productive changes in your company.
