At CLFP’s 2017 Food Processing Expo, held Feb. 8-9 at the Sacramento Convention Center, CLFP held a first time Workforce Summit to address the many human resource (HR) issues and challenges facing the food processing industry. The event was well attended and provided an interactive forum for food processors to discuss food processing workforce issues with a variety of individuals involved in the HR industry in California.
