Upcoming CDPH Food Safety Classes

The California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) Food Safety Branch will conduct a number of classes in May and June for food processors, with topics including allergen control, food recalls, Good Manufacturing Practices and food labeling. The classes will be conducted on several dates in Cupertino, San Francisco and Newark. To obtain more information or to register for a class, consult the CDPH web site, www.cdph.ca.gov, and select for the Food Safety Branch.
