CLFP Proposition 65 Workshop July 11

CLFP will hold a Proposition 65 Workshop on July 11 in Sacramento. The workshop will include an introduction to Proposition 65 legal requirements and regulations and the potential litigation exposure for companies selling food and beverage products in California.
Discussion and presentations also will include how Proposition 65 is enforced and how the law is applied to and impacts the food and retail sectors.
