UC Davis Offering Food Safety Training Classes for Food Processors

The Food Science and Technology Department at UC Davis will offer two classes this fall of interest to food processors.
The "Acidified Foods Manufacturing School" course is being offered on September 18 and will be a "blended" version of the in-person Better Process Control School (BPCS) for acidified foods processors. Click here for more information on the course.
FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course is being offered in Davis September 19-21, 2018. This course meets the FDA-required training for a "Qualified Individual." The tuition for the course is $500. Click here for more information.
