CLFP 2018-19 Scholarship Awards

CLFP announced its 2018-19 Scholarship Program Awards at its Fall Board of Directors Meeting held in Stockton on October 25. A total of $16,000 in scholarship funds were awarded to students/family members of 14 CLFP Processor Member companies and two Supplier Host Member companies ($1,000 and $500 individual awards). CLFP received 67 applications for the program from 17 CLFP members. CLFP also awarded a total of $12,000 to Food Science and Engineering Clubs at eight California universities ($1,500 each) and awarded $500 each to two California junior colleges for their scholarship programs.
