CLFP/CMTA Manufacturers Day on June 4

CLFP is excited to partner with the California Manufacturers and Technology Association (CMTA) on the First Annual CLFP/CMTA Manufacturers Day on June 4 in Sacramento. The partnership will give a stronger, more unified voice at the Capitol about issues impacting manufacturers in California.

This event will replace CLFP’s Annual Day at the Capitol and will provide an excellent opportunity for CLFP member company representatives to meet with legislators and representatives from the Governor’s Office to discuss issues affecting the food processing industry and the larger manufacturing sector in California. The event will begin at the CMTA offices with a preliminary breakfast briefing session with CLFP and CMTA staff followed by issue briefings from legislative leadership and policy experts. The group will then walk to the Capitol to visit with legislators who represent our member companies. The day will end with a legislative reception at the CMTA offices.
