Guest Speakers at CLFP Fall Meeting

Two guest speakers will make presentations at the Fall Board of Directors Meeting on October 24 Wine & Roses in Lodi.
Tom Manzo with the California Business and Industrial Alliance will discuss a current lawsuit aimed at ending frivolous PAGA wage and hour labor litigation. Nora Sheriff with the Buchalter Law Firm is an expert on energy policy and rates. She will discuss the ongoing issues related to PG&E’s bankruptcy and wildfire litigation’s impact on industrial ratepayers. Both speakers will address issues that have a direct impact on CLFP member processors, and we hope that you will attend.
