Food Processing Expo 2022 will provide a day and half of educational sessions covering a broad array of topics of current interest to the food industry, including COVID-19, The Circular Economy and Food Packaging Recycling, Meeting New Groundwater Nitrate Limitations for Wastewater Land Application Operations and Robotics and Automation in the Food Industry. The Expo will be held February 15-16 at the Safe Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento (formerly the Sacramento Convention Center).
