Food Processing Espo 2022 Receives Positive Reviews from Participants
Enthusiasm was high and attitudes were upbeat at Food Processing Expo 2022 held in Sacramento, Feb-15-16. CLFP President & CEO said he heard nothing but positive comments during the two-day event.
Educational sessions were well attended, no doubt due to the timelines of the topics presented, including plant-based foods, energy issues, groundwater and robotics. Reporter Michael Marks, known as the Produce Man, did a live feature for local news program Good Day Sacramento, which included interviews with show exhibitors.
Save the Date! Food Processing Expo 2023 will be held Feb. 14-15 in Sacramento.
