Food Processing Expo 2015 will be held February 18 – 19 at the Sacramento Convention Center. CLFP members are encouraged to attend. This year’s Expo will be bigger and better than ever with over 250 exhibitors displaying a wide range of equipment, products, supplies, and services. Come and see what’s new and connect with innovative suppliers.
There will be workshops on a number of topics, including food labeling issues, preparing for food safety audits and inspections, energy efficiency, and water conservation best practices.
On February 17, there will be a pre-Expo Sanitation Workshop held at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. This will be a great training opportunity for operations staff and industry vendors.
There will be plenty of opportunities to network with food industry colleagues:
-
The Kick-Off Breakfast will feature former San Francisco Giants player and manager Dusty Baker, who will discuss his long career in baseball and his positive perspective on life’s challenges.
-
The annual Supplier Host Council Reception and Silent Auction, where you relax with friends and compete to win an array of great prizes. The funds raised at the auction are used to support CLFP’s student scholarship program.
-
The General Session Breakfast will have a very interesting guest speaker, Mark Gale, who will discuss how companies can more effectively communicate with customers.
- The Tasting Pavilion is always a great place to get a snack and socialize with others in the industry.
We hope to see you there!
