Registration for the 2016 Food Processing Expo opens Nov. 10. The expo will be held in Sacramento, Calif., Feb. 17-18. The Food Processing Expo is California's largest food processing trade show and provides unparalleled access to industry representatives and decision makers from the food processing industry along with a trade show floor full of some of the most innovative industry products and technology.
