Greg Estep Elected Chair at CLFP 2015 Annual Meeting

Several guest speakers made excellent presentations to the board. Theresa Thorne with the Alliance for Food and Farming discussed efforts to provide information to the public regarding the use of crop protection materials. Rob Lapsley with the California Business Roundtable provided a critique of California energy policy. Bill Mongelluzzo with the Journal of Commerce discussed labor issues at U.S. West Coast ports, and Dr. Helene Dillard with UC Davis presented information about new teaching and research initiatives at the university.
