Food Processing Expo 2018 will be held February 21-22 at the Sacramento Convention Center. The largest event of its kind in California, the 2018 Expo will offer innovative workshops taking a new look at issues affecting your food processing business. Also, find out what’s new with food processing vendors and suppliers on the trade show floor. And in this computer-centric world, the Expo allows you to network in person and make new and valuable connections.

In addition to the trade show floor, other networking opportunities include an evening reception for CLFP board members and exhibitors on February 20, Happy Hour on the trade show on February 21 and the CLFP Supplier Host Council and Silent Auction on February 21, which raises funds for CLFP’s scholarship program.

CLFP has new names for its reception lounge areas - reflective of Sacramento - and added a third lounge, which will include a new fundraising activity. The lounges are the Capitol Lounge, the Midtown Lounge (putting contest) and the Kings Lounge (new).
