West Hills Community College will host a complimentary Apprenticeship Forum on September 18 at their campus in Coalinga. Employers will learn how they can take advantage of several training programs to strengthen their workforce and utilize existing employees.

Agriculture and manufacturing are the targeted industries for the forum, which will illustrate how employers nationwide are taking advantage of a time-tested, highly effective training model to deliver a steady pool of candidates and successfully develop a strong workforce.

Recommended attendees include plant/farm managers, front-line supervisors, human resources personnel and ALL organizational decision makers in the Westside Fresno, Kings County and surrounding areas.
