We wanted to incorporate these wellness breaks/massages to help keep delegates from becoming overwhelmed with information during the conference.
According to mindfulness coach Brad Reed, “Actively relaxing between lectures/meetings reduces the build-up of stress by lowering beta-brainwave activity. This has been previously shown to improve creativity, happiness, performance, communications, empathy, and productivity!”
