Dr. Michael E Graham |
Michael E. Graham, DPM, FACFAS, FAENS, FAAFAS, FACFAP is a 1994 graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his podiatric surgical residency at Kern Hospital for Special Surgery in 1996. A pioneer and innovator in his field, Dr. Graham is the founder and president of GraMedica® and the Graham International Implant Institute. He is the author of more than two dozen scientific manuscripts and has lectured all over the world on extra-osseous talotarsal stabilization. He has trained thousands of surgeons, nationally and internationally.
Aileen Gunda |
Aileen Gunda is a medical device reprocessing expert, consultant, educator and speaker who is certified by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). Aileen has 18 years of experience in the field of reprocessing medical devices and, since 2017, has been the principal for medical device reprocessing consulting services and a presenter at the Faculty of Dentistry Continuing Education on the Canadian standards and best practices in reprocessing of medical devices. Her drive for staff and patient safety with a precision-focus, Aileen has been providing expert advice to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinical settings that have resulted in educating staff in the proper handling of medical devices, achieving compliance and streamlining efficiencies. Aileen has gained a reputation for creating safe-working environments within standards, utilizing resources effectively and facilitating audits with a keen eye for detail.
Peter Guy |
Peter Guy completed his undergraduate studies in microbiology at the University of Toronto (Victoria) and his post graduate studies in Chiropody at the Michener Institute of Education at University Health Network.
Peter has 35 years of experience in patient care and teaching. He practices in Whitby, Peterborough, and supervises chiropody interns in their clinical rotations at the Michener Institute of Education at UHN in Toronto.
In 2015, Peter started conducting manual foot therapy workshops.

Dr. Robyne Hanley-Dafoe is a multi-award-winning psychology and education instructor who specializes in resiliency, navigating stress and change, and personal wellness in the workplace. Described as transformational, engaging and thought-provoking, Hanley-Dafoe’s keynotes provide practical strategies, grounded in global research and case studies, that help foster resiliency within ourselves and others. As the senior educational developer for the Centre for Teaching and Learning at Trent University, Hanley-Dafoe focuses on providing professional development for the teaching community and cultivating student engagement. She is committed to finding innovative solutions for creating positive learning relationships and environments for both students and teachers. Hanley-Dafoe has also been a psychology instructor and researcher at Trent for more than 13 years. Hanley-Dafoe’s work is inspired by her interest in resiliency and wellness including the intersections of stress, optimal challenge, navigating change, goal-setting and personal alignment.
Sam Hirst |
Sam Hirst graduated from the University of Laurentian in 2016 with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Sports Administration. Sam then decided to pursue a career in accounting and obtained his CPA designation in 2019.
Sam joined Kriens-LaRose in May 2020 as a Senior Associate concentrating on assisting owner-managers and our small business clients with their tax, accounting and compliance needs. Sam articled with BDO in Collingwood with their audit team but decided to transition to Toronto and Kriens-LaRose to pursue his desire to work directly with owner-managed companies and small businesses.
In addition to spending time with family, Sam enjoys golf, reading and the practice of yoga.
Leanne LaRose |
As one of the co-founders of Kriens-LaRose LLP, Leanne LaRose brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience, which she has used to a great extent to pursue her passion of assisting owner-managed businesses and individuals with their multifarious taxation, accounting, personal finance and estate planning needs. After graduating from Brock University in 1985 with an Honours degree in Business Administration (specializing in Finance and Accounting), Leanne articled with BDO Dunwoody LLP, successfully obtaining her CA designation in 1988. Leanne’s twelve years of experience at both BDO and a medium-sized accounting firm further reinforced both her ardent commitment to public accounting and her vision of eventually venturing into her own practice. Thus, in 1997 Leanne joined with Thomas Kriens to found Kriens-LaRose LLP.
