Body and Sole is a busy Chiropody clinic. We currently have 3 Chiropodists and 2 Foot Care nurses and are closely affiliated with Physio/Massage clinic in our building. We see a wide variety of patients- all ages and foot care conditions. We have a dedicated surgery room if the successful candidate wishes to provide soft tissue surgery services.
We look forward to welcoming a new Chiropodist to our team to help expand our services.
Our ideal candidate would be a team-oriented person willing to work some evenings until 6.30 to accommodate our large commuter population. Part time or full-time condensed work week is available. New graduates are welcome.

Position Summary:

Providing quality podiatric assessment, treatment and care to individuals referred or self-referred to the clinical site
Facilitate a positive learning environment for both the clients and students at the clinic
Provide feedback on student progress and achievement, while providing student advisement and remedial assistance
Position Qualifications:
A relevant professional diploma
Previous teaching experience with knowledge in evaluative techniques (preferred)
Current registration in good standing with the College of Chiropodist of Ontario (COCOO) required
Membership with OSC and CFPM preferred
Current CPR and basic first aid
Current Vulnerability Sector Check
All immunizations up to date
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An ability to work independently and as part of a team
