The Membership and Chapter Satisfaction Survey is one of the most important tools we have for capturing the thoughts of members. The survey is conducted in order to get firsthand feedback from members; the feedback that's necessary to ensure the needs of the membership are met. Participation ensures that every member's voice is heard and helps shape the future of our community as a whole.
On February 20, each MPI member should have received an email from Global with the subject line: "Annual MPI Member Survey Invitation.” The email will contain the member's unique URL to complete the 2018 Membership and Chapter Satisfaction Survey.
