Meet CIOMA’s New President!

2017 President Mike Downs (Left) and Immediate Past President Tom Van De Pol (Right) Michael J. Downs is the President of Downs Energy & Downs Fuel Transport Inc. based in Corona, CA. The company operates five CFN and Pacific Pride cardlocks and two bulk plants in the Inland Empire. Mike has previously served on the CFN Advisory Council 1993-2005, and served as its chairman in 2002. He was a founding Director of the CFN Participants Association in 2005, and served two terms on the Board in the roles of Secretary and most recently as President in 2012-2013. Mike has served on the CIOMA Board of Directors since 2012.

Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1988. He is active in Northpoint Evangelical Free Church of Corona, and serves as an Officer for the California Inland Empire Council - Boy Scouts of America and Friends of Temescal. Inc., and is on the Board of Directors for The Monday Morning Group.
