• Professional Associate Service Award recipent - Fred Whitaker of Cummins and White,  in appreciation of your continued volunteer efforts to have contributed significantly toward enhancement or improvement of the mission of CIOMA. 
• Distinguished Serice Award - Reed Rinehart of Rinehart Oil, Inc., in appreciation of your lengthy volunteer involvement which have made significant contributions to the enhancement of the reputation, recognition, or success of CIOMA.
• Member of the Year - Ted Honcharik of Pacific Tank Lines, in appreciation of your continued volunteer efforts to have contributed significantly toward enhancement or improvement of the mission of CIOMA.
