Jason Moniz is a Field Supervisor and Certified Party Chief with Towill in San Diego.  He has previously worked for Burkett & Wong Engineers, LW Survey Company, and Lundstrom Engineering, Masson & Associates, Inc., LA County Sanitation District and Hunsaker & Associates. This hard-working guy has also been involved in the construction and drilling industries as a laborer, concrete finisher, oiler, operator and foreman.
