RAFI HANNA JOINS CALTRANS DISTRICT 11 AS SENIOR TRANSPORTATION SURVEYOR

Congratulations to former CLSA San Diego President Rafi Hanna who has joined the District 11 Land Surveys team as a Senior Transportation Surveyor. Rafi has previously worked for Psomas, WH Pacific, Walsh Engineering & Surveying, and Dokken Engineering in the San Diego area.
