2025 Schedule of Events
Virtual Hill Visits Briefing Session:
Tuesday, February 25, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET

• Talking points, how to conduct a Hill Visit, follow-up, and more will be shared. 
• Attendance is highly encouraged; session will be recorded. 
• 1 hr CE: RN, CCM.

Scheduled Virtual Visits:
Tuesday, March 4, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET
Wednesday, March 5, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET
Thursday, March 6, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET

• Meetings will be scheduled over the course of the three days.
• Participants will be scheduled for a total of 15 minutes to 1.5 hours of meetings over the course of three days, dependent on both volunteer and legislative availability.

Post Virtual Hill Visits De-Briefing Session:

• Sharing of experiences and next steps will be discussed.
• Attendance is highly encouraged; session will be recorded. 
• 1 hr CE: RN, CCM pending.
