Get Involved with the Case Management Foundation

• Educational Offerings: CMF will offer an educational sponsorship program for the Section II Training of the Integrated Case Management Curriculum (ICM), presented by the Case Management Society of America. The program will launch in early 2013, and the sponsorship will provide a full ICM Section II Face-to-Face Implementation Training registration.
  
  
• New Ways to Connect:  CMF has recently added Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages.
  
  
• Volunteer Opportunities: Being a Case Manager Bridge to your chapter and community means you are the voice of case management to the Foundation! The CM Bridge Program has already added three new volunteers this year. Does your chapter have a Bridge?
  
  
• Outcomes Studies:  In 2011, CMF was awarded a grant to study transitions of care for diabetic patients, and will be including the results of that study on the CMF website in spring of 2013.
  
  
• CMSA Annual Conference: CMF will exhibit again at the Annual Conference in New Orleans in June. Don’t forget to stop by to learn more about the Foundation and register for an exciting giveaway!
