As we approach the end of the summer, I have some exciting news for all of you!  At our last Board of Directors meeting at Disneyland, the executive committee was authorized to sell our building in West Sacramento. As we speak today, the building is now in escrow and we have also identified office space in downtown Sacramento located at 15th and J Streets. I will share the details of the transactions at the upcoming Board of Directors meeting in Paso Robles, but needless to say, it's an exciting time for PCOC. I'm confident that we've secured a very fair price for our building and found a spot in Sacramento that our association will be proud of. See you all on the Central Coast in September!
