I’m excited to share some wonderful news with all of you! After an extensive search, we are delighted to announce that Crystelle Turlo will be joining us as CAPMA’s new CEO, effective November 11.
Crystelle brings over 10 years of leadership experience, where she has excelled in driving organizational growth and operational efficiency. Her background includes managing the day-to-day operations of a large statewide trade association, where she played a pivotal role in improving financial performance, enhancing administrative functions, and increasing member engagement. Under her guidance, the organization saw a 20% boost in revenue through revamped membership programs and more dynamic events.
Her leadership style focuses on creating an inclusive, team-oriented environment and turning challenges into opportunities for improvement. Crystelle is committed to leading with transparency and integrity, and she has a strong vision for fostering sustainable growth at CAPMA. We are confident that her approach will bring fresh energy to our association and support our continued success.
In the months ahead, Crystelle will be working closely with our Board, staff, and members to ensure a smooth transition and to begin implementing strategic initiatives that will benefit us all. She looks forward to meeting many of you at upcoming events and will be sharing her first message as CEO in next month’s newsletter.
In other news, I am excited to share that I will be attending the Shasta District Training Day. I look forward to connecting with our dedicated members and being part of this valuable event. I am excited to learn firsthand from the expertise shared and witness the great work happening in the district.
