Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our presence in the eBike market. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our brand and products. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing industry and contribute to the advancement of sustainable mobility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target potential B2B and B2C customers, including dealers, retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent our brand and network with potential partners.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events (if applicable).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or eBike industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of electric bikes and their benefits is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
