Throughout the recent Covid-19 outbreak, both drivers set the bar high, leading our teams with excellent workmanship and great positive attitudes.

Joshua Mendez – Josh continues to do outstanding work and is an essential member of our team. As the night shift’s lead, Josh maintains the night dispatch operations where he is in constant communication with all drivers, to make sure we are sticking to schedule. Josh is the main transition from our night shift to our day shift, and we rely on him so much day to day. He has taken time to properly train our newest drivers, along with communicating and maintaining that all our drivers are equipped with the proper protective gear to get the job done. |

Rogelio Fernandez Jr. – Another driver who continues to excel above expectations. Rogelio Jr. has a consistent positive attitude and is willing to do whatever is asked of him. During our busy times, he is our go-to driver when setting up drop and pull programs with key customers, and has developed great relationships with the warehouse and staff to make sure the job gets done. When Jr. finishes his routes early, he always calls dispatch to see if there is another load he can help with. Rogelio Jr. always goes above and beyond and surpasses his daily responsibilities. |
