FMCSA Releases First Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Report

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) released its first Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse report, which summarized January to May 2020 data. Positive tests for marijuana use far outpaced those for other drugs reported. There were 10,388 positive tests reported for marijuana, compared to 3,192 for cocaine, the next most common drug reported.
