CA Legislature Back in Session

The California Legislature returned to Sacramento to commence work on the 2022 Legislative Session. This year is the second part of a two-year session, which means in addition to the various measures that will be introduced before the January 31 deadline, there are more than 1,000 Assembly and Senate bills eligible to be picked up and carried through the process.

 

This means CTA’s government affairs team will be busy at work tracking bills as they make their way through the Legislature, identifying priorities and communicate with members about important measures directly affecting the trucking industry.
