CVSA Now Accepting Nominations for 2022 International Driver Excellence Award

CVSA is now accepting nominations for its annual International Driver Excellence Award, an award that recognizes an extraordinary professional commercial motor vehicle driver and their commitment to public safety.

 

This year, CVSA has simplified the nomination submission process by launching a brand-new online IDEA nomination submission form. Individuals may easily fill out the nomination form and submit the required supporting documentation, all online.

 

The 2022 IDEA recipient (and a guest) will receive airfare to Rapid City, South Dakota, along with a two-night stay at the conference hotel, to attend the CVSA Annual Conference and Exhibition where the winner will be acknowledged at the awards luncheon and awarded a check for $2,500 and a crystal trophy.

 

Nominees must have:

At least 25 cumulative years of crash-free driving in a commercial motor vehicle with a clean driving record for the past three years
No felony convictions
No safety-related driving suspensions in the past three years
No driver violations in the past three years, excluding form and manner violations
