Caltrans Office of Transportation Permits Update

The Office of Commercial Vehicle Operations will be moving to the headquarters building at 1120 N Street in Sacramento by November 14th, 2022.

 

As a result, the main phone and fax lines may potentially be down for a few days, including time before and after the move. The Virtual Call Center (VCC) service may also be impacted during this time.

 

If the main phone line and VCC are down, customers are advised to visit the Permits Contact List page on the Transportation Permits website and contact staff directly using the phone numbers listed.

 

STARS permits will be unaffected by the move, however single trip and annual paper permits may be impacted.
