CTA Submits Comments to South Coast AQMD

The CTA submitted comments to the South Coast AQMD on Friday expressing our strong opposition to the South Coast AQMD’s proposed Freight Facility Emission Caps and expansion of the fleet rules for public agencies to private fleets.
The South Coast’s 2016 Ozone Plan Initial Draft comment period is closed, but several more revisions will be released before the Board ultimately takes up a final plan in December.
