Meet Lupita Flores! Lupita has been a staff member of CTA for 8 years. She held a position in the Membership Department and was recently promoted to Membership & Marketing Manager. Her responsibilities include management of the Circle Club Partner program, social media administrator, Allied member inquiries, maintenance of the CTA website and website advertising. Lupita oversees all aspects of membership outreach and marketing.

Creative, optimistic and trustworthy.

What is your personal philosophy?
"Treat others like you’d like to be treated" and I believe that something positive will always come out of every situation.

Tell us two things most people don't know about you?
I am one of seven founders of the Sacramento Chapter for Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority Inc. established at the California State University, Sacramento and I also own an online shop where I sell handmade sashes/stoles for special occasions such as graduations, birthdays, bachelorette parties, etc.

What aspects of your role do you enjoy the most?
The satisfaction of helping CTA members, acquiring new relationships and having the opportunity to be creative.
