CTA Carrier Members Recognized by Pella Corporation

Pella Corporation has honored its outbound and pool distribution contracted carriers. Carriers of the Year and Outstanding Carriers were graded on overall performance, load acceptance and/or shipment volumes.
One of the most vital pieces of any good business model is the distribution of its products, and Pella Corporation has recognized its partners who help the company do just that; distribute.
Large volume Carriers of the Year:
• Qwikway Trucking Co. - Los Angeles, CA
Outstanding Service awards recognize the Pella carriers with a 98 percent or better on-time performance and include the Carriers of the Year, plus:
• Ritchie Trucking Service - Fresno, CA
• RoadStar Trucking, Inc. - Hayward, CA
• XPO Logistics - Plainfield, IN
Line haul carriers also have been recognized as Carriers of the Year and Outstanding Service for their delivery performance at four of Pella’s plant locations (Pella, IA, Gettysburg, PA, Murray, KY, and Portland, OR) for both large and small volumes. Large volumes are 500 stops or more, while small volumes are 500 stops or less, with a minimum of 100 stops for the year.
Carrier awards based on overall rating of 98 percent or better, weighted 90 percent toward on-time delivery and ten percent toward tender acceptance.
