Tuesday, April 24 at 10:00 am
The December 2017 mandatory ELD compliance date has now passed, officially ending the Awareness and Transition Phase (Phase 1) of FMCSA’s ELD Implementation Timeline. As we are now actively in the Phased-In Compliance Phase (Phase 2), carriers, drivers and enforcement officials are now beginning to see the challenges of using ELDs roadside.
As drivers can now be placed Out-Of-Service (OOS) for being non-compliant with the ELD Mandate, it is more important than ever to understand what the requirements are in order to keep your drivers and their freight moving down the road.
Join EROAD’s Training Manager and guest enforcement officials for an informative webinar covering the following:
•What can your drivers be placed OOS for in regards to ELDs
•What to do if your driver has been placed OOS for an ELD issue
•Required in-cab documents for ELDs and AOBRDs
•How to transfer logs properly during a roadside inspection
•How your back-office can affect your roadside compliance
•Real-world "what ifs" and scenarios using ELDs – Enforcement perspective
•Question and Answer session with enforcement
