CTA will be hosting a webinar this Thursday to review and discuss the recent California Supreme Court's decision on Dynamex v. Superior Court and its impact on the trucking industry. The decision overturns the long used Borello test that determines whether an individual is an independent contractor or employee. Any California business that uses independent contractors will feel the impact of this decision.
