The LA/Orange Unit held a meeting last week on the Dynamex Decision. Attorney Robert Roginson of Ogletree Deakins, gave an update on the impact the Dynamex Decision has today and how it will impact independent contractors moving forward. Eric Sauer, CTA Sr. VP of Goverment Affairs gave an update on the legal strategies CTA is taking to fight the decision.

The Dynamex Decision was a hot topic to LA/Orange Unit members. Over 70 members attended the meeting.
