The CTA Leadership Academy was designed to provide the next generation of leaders with the skills to become the most effective leader possible, and to prepare them to serve their companies, communities, the industry, and their association in a more effective manner.
The two-day program takes place on November 7 through 8 in Irvine, CA. This program was launched in 2017 to assist participants in becoming more confident and effective leaders in their companies, communities and the industry. The curriculum includes topics such as effective communication through change and conflict, creating high performing teams, motivating and recognizing your co-workers and learning about strength based leadership that participants can use to their advantage in the workplace and their personal life.
