Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 10:00 am – Association Leadership 101 -- In this fast-paced session, you will uncover how associations started, important and varied functions of CTA and the role of staff and volunteers. Register
Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 10:00 am – Protecting CTA’s Success: Association Risk – Exploring the "why" of risk management will be the focus for this session while also identifying the key areas of risk management. Selected legal issues will be highlighted and applied to your volunteer role. Register
Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 10:00 am – The "Big Three" for CTA’s Volunteer Leaders – All non-profit governing boards are expected to act (1) in good faith; (2) with the care any ordinary person in the same circumstances would exercise; and (3) in a manner that is in the best interest of the organization. The session will also feature a brief overview of CTA’s Code of Ethics. Register
