Assembly Bill 5, which seeks to enshrine the Dynamex decision in State law, will be heard by the Assembly Labor and Employment Committee on April 3rd. Please take 2 minutes out of your day to let your voice be heard.
The Committee hearing will take place on April 3rd at 1:30 pm at Room 447 of the State Capitol in Sacramento. Please be advised that public comment is limited to approximately 10-15 seconds at bill hearings (Sample: “My name is _____ with _____ trucking. I’m an owner-operator from _______. Opposed to AB 5.”).
