Tell the California Senate To Save Small Business Trucking

Assembly Bill (AB) 5, the bill that would codify the Dynamex Decision into law, is currently in the Senate. The bill is going through the committee process where a final decision will be made before September 13th on whether the bill becomes a law.
AB 5 is the #1 Priority of the Labor Federation and if the bill passes it will put an end to the owner operator business model. It is imperative that Senators hear from you, their constituents, on how AB 5, so they can know how the bill will impact the trucking industry and Owner Operators in their district.
