Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Registration is Now Available!

Registration for the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse is now open for CDL drivers, employers, consortia/third-party administrators (C/TPAs), medical review officers (MROs), and substance abuse professionals (SAPs) at clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov . Registering today will ensure users are ready on January 6, 2020, when the Clearinghouse will be fully operational. Query plans will be available for purchase in the coming months.
Help spread the word and encourage motor carriers, C/TPAs, MROs and SAPs to register for the Clearinghouse. Attached for your use is a PowerPoint Presentation for your outreach efforts, as well as a copy of the press release and talking points.
Enforcement users will receive training and more information on enforcement access and using the Clearinghouse prior to the mandatory implementation date of January 6, 2020. Look for additional emails with updates. If you have any questions, contact the Clearinghouse team at clearinghouse@dot.gov.
