Guidance Bulletins for 2020 UCR Agreement & Roadside Examination of Clearinghouse Status

The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) created a new inspection bulletin for enforcement personnel on verifying a driver’s status based on data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) Commercial Driver’s License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and updated its inspection bulletin on verifying compliance with the Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) Agreement for the 2020 registration year.
