The LA/Orange unit kicked off 2017 with their first unit meeting at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Norwalk. There were 70 members and 4 prospective members in attendance. The theme of the meeting was, "The Changes in Trucking You Missed and What is to Come." CTA Staff Eric Sauer and Chris Shimoda spoke to the group on many topics. CTA President Doug Britton also addressed the group on what he would like to accomplish this year as President.

CTA Staff Eric Sauer addressed the LA members on various bills CTA members have fought and won to save the the trucking industry thousands of dollars.

CTA Staff Chris Shimoda went over some changing rules and regulations in 2017 and beyond to keep our members informed.

 

CTA President Doug Britton encouraged the LA/Orange members and prospective members to get involved and share their story with their legislators.
