President Doug Britton Visits the State Capitol

CTA President, Doug Britton visited the California State Capitol in Sacramento last week and met with Assemblymembers Vince Fong (R-Bakersfield), Patrick O'Donnell (D-Long Beach) and Phillip Chen (R-Diamond Bar).
